She met our dog where he is currently at and gave us very real expectations. You DO have to do the work yourself but she gives you all the tools to succeed. We questioned it for so long because our dog isn't necessarily aggressive & just has some leash reactivity with large intact males but she opened our eyes to so many behaviors that could be improved.
